Terms of Sale and Delivery

 

1. General
These Terms of Sale and Delivery apply to all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Delivery Terms
We aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. However, unforeseen circumstances such as transport issues or delays from our suppliers may result in changes to the delivery schedule. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delays, but we will not be liable for any losses or claims arising from delayed deliveries.

If a delay in delivery is caused by the buyer (e.g., incorrect delivery information) or a third party, payment for the goods must still be made on time according to the agreed terms.

Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly agreed as essential. If changes are made to your order after confirmation, the delivery date may be adjusted.

Quantities listed in product descriptions (e.g., weight or size) are approximate. The final invoice will reflect the actual quantities delivered, even if they differ from the original estimate. You agree to pay for the actual quantities delivered.

3. Risk and Ownership
Once you have accepted delivery of the items, you assume full responsibility for them. Any transport risks, including loss or damage, will transfer to you unless the loss or damage is due to our gross negligence.

We will not be liable for any compensation claims for delays, non-delivery, or delivery of incorrect items, except where required by law.

4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed at checkout are final unless there are increases in production costs, such as changes in factory prices, exchange rates, shipping fees, or import duties between the order and delivery time. If such increases occur, we will notify you and include these additional costs in the final invoice.

All items remain our property until full payment has been made. If payment terms are not met, we may take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.

5. Complaints and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please include a detailed description of any defects. If we agree that the goods are faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

We are not liable for any complaints made after the 30-day period or if the goods have been used or damaged after delivery.

6. Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in accordance with UK consumer laws. We don´t accept returns at this time, because every item is personalized and made specifically when you place an order. However we will assure that the customer will recive a replacement or refund on a faulty item within 30 days. 

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Place of Performance
The place of performance for delivery and payment is the location where the invoice is issued.

9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is processed.

10. Donations

100% of the donations go to The Mental Health Foundation: (MHF registered charity nos. 801130 & SC 039714)
