RETURNS POLICY

 

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

 

We want you to be completely happy with the products you order. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of an item, just let us know within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.

Once our quality team reviews and approves your claim, we’ll send a replacement order to you at no extra cost, as quickly as possible. Our goal is to fix any issues and make sure you are happy with what you receive.

If a replacement isn’t possible just let us know when you contact us. In that case, we’ll offer you a refund.
